Despite a clean reception area, an unsettling encounter with pests prompted departure. Staff resolved issues well, offering a refund, but the experience fell drastically short of expectations. Consider focusing more on cleanliness and operational efficiency. It’s a matter of necessity.

The room had a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the cleanliness and tidy appearance overall. the air conditioner was old and didn't function properly, leaving us sweating at night. There was a strong marijuana smell that lingered, which caused headaches and nausea. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with mold on the ceiling. The mini fridge wasn't cold, and parts of the room felt dated. Housekeeping kept us stocked with towels, but there was a lack of thorough cleaning. The corridors felt uninspired, contrasting with the potential of the room itself.

Close to Universal, which is a major plus. Room cleanliness could be better. Nice heated pool and hot tubs. Limited shuttle service times made getting to parks tricky. Enjoyed golf nearby for some leisure time.

The shopping here is great for kids and adults alike. There are plenty of fun shops and plenty of activities to keep the family entertained.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still reasonable.

The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, close to parks and restaurants, plus there's a nice view of the surrounding area.
The facilities are in urgent need of renovations.

I tried to do laundry, but my debit card got charged $12 for four loads that never washed. When I complained, the front desk shrugged it off. Super frustrating! Plus, I found hair in my tub.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, as it was just a short Uber ride or a reasonable walk to Universal Studios, Icon Park, and a plethora of dining options, which made it super convenient for our family adventures; plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean and comfy. One thing to note is that the hotel could definitely use some renovations, but overall, it was a great base for exploring all that the area has to offer.

The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were really comfy with two sinks, a fridge, and a microwave. We felt safe walking to Universal, which was a 20 min stroll. Breakfast options were pricey but tasted good. The fitness center and hot tub were nice perks.

The location is ideal for visiting Universal, with restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel vibe is charming despite its age, but it could use a refresh. Not all rooms are equal; one had a loud AC and odd pillows. An awkward incident with an occupied room could have been handled better, and some front desk staff could use a lesson in hospitality. Still, comfortable beds and great management staff make it memorable.

Location was great, only a 5, minute drive from restaurants and entertainment spots. The staff, especially Luciana at the front desk, was fantastic , very friendly and upgraded our room, which was a nice surprise. The pool bar was a unique feature for a budget, friendly hotel, and the room was comfortable, with daily towel replacement and garbage removal. No noise from other guests could be heard, making it a peaceful stay.
I was disappointed that both jacuzzis were not functioning correctly, with temperatures below what was expected. Renovations were scheduled to start after my stay.

The hotel was spotless and accessible, providing a spacious room with an amazing view! I was greeted by such warm and friendly staff who truly made my stay special. Plus, the heated pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation after a day of adventures!

The iron and ironing board provided were very convenient, making it easy for me to keep my clothes looking neat. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature even on warmer days. The room also had a nice sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the parks. One of the things I really appreciated was the heated pool. It was a great way to unwind and relax, especially after a hectic day at the theme parks. the coffee shop onsite was a nice touch, providing a convenient spot to grab a quick drink or snack. there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom could have been better maintained, as the toilet handle came off when I tried to flush, and there was water damage on the ceiling inside the shower. The flickering lamp was a minor annoyance, and the mini fridge was a bit small and impractical. Despite these issues, the staff, including Rebecca and John at the front desk, were exceptional. They were cheerful, kind, and always willing to help. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, being close to popular attractions like Disney and SeaWorld. Best Western provided a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks that could be addressed.

Less than 10 miles from Disney! The complimentary shuttle service to Universal Studios was a lifesaver. Sharky & Jacks Bar had a Caribbean vibe? felt like I was on a tropical vacation!

My friends and I had a blast with the shuttle to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Going on all the rides and meeting characters was lit! The 24-hour game room and fitness center kept us hyped all day!
Would love if they had a rockin' pool party just for us teens to vibe and splash our way through the night! .

The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. The location was ideal, as it was just a stone's throw away from Universal Studios and other popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my trip.
Some minor cleanliness issues with stained pillows and a chair with sauce from a previous guest were the only downsides.

the best western was spotless and very convenient. we could easily access everything nearby. the staff were kind and helpful - even storing our bags after check-out. the breakfast was amazing and the kids loved the mickey waffles.

this was our 4th stay at best western. everyone there is friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the maids and even the gentleman in the coffee shop. the facilities are great and the central location is a big plus. the hotel offers convenient facilities like a laundry facility with 6 washers and 6 dryers, a little store, and a restaurant and grill. we also found it very close to universal studios, and the staff was always willing to help.

I chose the Best Western for its convenient location near Universal Orlando Resort, and I was pleasantly surprised by the superior customer service. The poolside bar was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.
